Many of us have collections of cassette tapes and more recently CD's, some even have a number of old reel-to-reel tape recordings and some have vinyl discs (LP's). Like all the mediums we use, they are temporary, however we can use the media to its full potential and in some cases extend its useful life. We will examine some of the more obvious and obtainable dos and don'ts for your audio and video collections. Click on the links below for more preservation, handling and storage information, bibliographic references and supply sources.
